Piece for an Animal Rescue League fundraiser

I did this piece for a fundraiser for the Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire. Every artist was given a 6" x 6" wooden panel to work on. I decided to do something out of the ordinary for me and use acrylic paint, so I could work right on the panel.
Friendly Smiling Tarsier © Bethy Williams. 2013. 6" x 6". Acrylic paint and Micron pen on wooden panel.

Unfortunately, I didn't get to scan it, and all I have is this crappy, blurry photo I took with my phone. I had to get it to the Animal Rescue League this morning and it was literally still tacky when I left my house. You can't even see all the little lines all over his fur. But at least you get the idea...a happy little tarsier!

Five Artistic Pipe Dreams of Mine

Five Artistic Pipe Dreams of Mine

1. Illustrate a menu for a restaurant. I imagine it would be the kind of place that serves brown rice sushi and vegan nachos and sandwiches named after the people who work there.

2. Illustrate some kind of pull-out, origami or otherwise structured liner notes for an album. Maybe a limited edition vinyl.

3. Illustrate a collaboration with a mathematician. This one is hard to explain. I have a vague, dreamlike idea in my head of what it would be like, and it's sort of like an edition from the Middle Ages in a parallel universe.

4. Create a series of artifacts from a lost alien civilization.

5. A very ambitious project that, in my mind, is something like a museum devoted to magical robots.

Now how about you, dear reader? Have you got any?
